They are obviously team players. From a customers point of view it looks like a well oiled operation from service , parts and sales. I rely on Cody and Spencer for service and Tyler for sales . I’ve always been treated well and my wife has always been treated well. Young ford repeatedly treated me bad and that’s why Hansen’s service my ford because they are awesome! And we only buy vehicles from Hansen’s.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, even though we are sorry that your vehicle has had wifi connectivity issues. WIFI is a paid subscription through OnStar. Therefore, there isn't a possibility for us to test a vehicle's wifi once it is traded in and the prior owning customer has canceled their subscription. It's unfortunate; we feel bad and have tried to resolve it to the best of our abilities. Where you live out of state and cannot bring the vehicle back to us has been a challenge for both.
