I found a 2015 Chevrolet Impala listed at Hansen's. We took a trip to Brigham to take a look. We met Tyson Swallow and he arranged for us to look at the car and take it for a demo drive. It was what we were looking for in a car. We worked with Tyson and came to an agreement on the purchase of the car..We are pleased with the car and the service we received when purchasing the car...We have been back a couple of times to take advantage of the free weekly car washes we are privy to as long as we own the car..... He listened! He determined "what was important to me" and along with Dan Hansen addressed those issues to the point; no games. After purchase I was totally impressed with the service people (Cody Varney). I have had two occasions to have work done; 3,500 mile service and handling a small warranty matter. In both instances, I called made the appointment. At the appointed hour I was there fully expecting who knows how long to get finished and on the road. The car went in and on both occasions I had hardly settled in and the work was done and I was on my way! The people in general at Hansen's are down to earth friendly; not the put on friendly of the past several dealerships we have done business with. Thanks Hansen team! You are the best! More
