He listened! He determined "what was important to me" and along with Dan Hansen addressed those issues to the point; no games. After purchase I was totally impressed with the service people (Cody Varney). I have had two occasions to have work done; 3,500 mile service and handling a small warranty matter. In both instances, I called made the appointment. At the appointed hour I was there fully expecting who knows how long to get finished and on the road. The car went in and on both occasions I had hardly settled in and the work was done and I was on my way!
