Great Car Shopping and Buying Experience I usually dread visiting a car dealership because of high pressure sales people and game playing with prices. CJ was extremely helpful and informative. There was no pressure at all. When I went back for a second look at the vehicle, AJ helped me and called CJ in on his time off. Amazing service Another outstanding service performance from Hansen Chevy. My tire pressure started falling on my way to work, so I stopped in to have them check it. Another outstanding service performance from Hansen Chevy. My tire pressure started falling on my way to work, so I stopped in to have them check it. Since they had to remove the tire anyway, I had them rotate the tires and change my oil (which was also due). Remember, this was a drop-in with no appointment situation. I told them I needed my car by noon and they made it happen. Tire repaired, tires rotated and oil changed by 11:30am. They even drove me to work and picked me up when they finished. I LOVE THESE GUYS! More

It could of been better. I would of given 5 Star, but my new vehicle was not very clean when given to me. I was also told the vehicle had sixus radio but it didn't. They called the Ford dealer and found that indeed it was covered by the expteded warrenty and took the car to the Ford Delearship where it would be fixed under warrenty saving me the repair costs.
