My experience with Hansel VW and BMW service center has been quite disappointing. It seems like they are often disoriented and lack expertise in electric vehicles. Their communication leaves much to be desired – I once left 15 voicemails for a service representative, only to discover that his voicemail had been non-functional for weeks with no notification. The quality of their body work is also subpar. In fact, I had to take my vehicle to another shop to fix the repairs they had done because it was that poorly executed. It’s frustrating that they are the only VW dealership in the area, leaving me with no other options for service. More
