My recent purchase of a 2022 VW Arteon R-Line started back in December of 2021 and was ultimately a surprise gift for my wife. When you walk through the door and your greeted by Carol in reception one cannot help but smile. As you make your way thru and have a chance to meet the sales team consisting of Diego, Michael, and Garret a sense of comfort is soon to follow and any overwhelming thoughts of new car buying will disappear. As I explained above this started back in December and the original talks of my inquiry started with the service advisor Kirstin Kohl. She handles all of my service/repairs to my 2015 VW Passat TDI SEL and there’s not enough that can be said about her performance, personality, and follow-thru. In short if I had two things to say about Kirstin is that she just handles-it, and management status is definitely in her near future. After a disappointing experience at this particular dealership in 2015 which at that time was completely “Under different Management” I walked out in less than 10min. and drove out of the area to purchase my Passat. When all the TDI issues came to light this dealership was the closest to me. So I sucked up my pride and took the car to their service department and that’s where the relationship with Walter started and lead into meeting/working with Kirstin. She has taken care of my wife to accommodate both her/dealership schedule’s so it works for everyone, she has taken care of the car, and has just taken so much care in winning me back into even considering making a purchase at this dealership. Well she did it!!!!!! Because there’s a beautiful 2022 Arteon R-Line in the driveway and she is the true reason why. As I stated this started in December when I stopped in one evening after work to talk with Kirstin, I fully explained everything that had happened in 2015 and also explained my thoughts of what I was wanting to do and that’s when I was introduced to Davis Fox the VW Branch Manager. I instantly hit it off with him and we sat down to discuss my past experience, and what I was looking for moving forward. Soon after working thru the logistics on building a car, the Arteon was ordered. It took 7 months for the car to arrive but during that time I wasn’t left alone wondering what was going on. The staff would check in with me bi-weekly and kept me abreast on the developments/arrival. I would stop in here and there to check in, the whole staff new me by name and always greeted me with a smile. Everyone was genuinely involved on seeing this thru and that’s when I was introduced to my salesman Chris Cazares. My experience with Chris was great, honest, and very exciting. He was so involved, the whole staff was so involved/excited that this was happening. The car arrived and the surprise to my wife was about to unfold inside the showroom floor of the dealership. The talks during the week leading up with the staff were great and they staged everything perfectly. I walked in with my wife and children and surprised my wife with a beautiful car. The whole staff was full of hugs, happiness, hand shakes, and smiles. I think they had more fun and time invested into seeing this thru than I did myself. Hands down wonderful experience the whole way thru. Everyone did there part and things were dwindling down and it was time for finance and the final/finals and that’s when I met Ken Lindley. Generally speaking the financial side of purchasing a new vehicle can be down right stressful, depending on credit, down payment, etc. but that was not the case here by no means. We were so comfortable and at just such ease in our dealings with Ken. He is honest and to the point, he wants you to be happy with the terms, he wants to see things thru, and he wants you to return with family/friends so they can have the same experience that we had. There is so much that went into this so in closing I’m a very satisfied customer, this current staffing nailed it. This staff has the same outlook, involvement, and enthusiasm on whether one was looking to buy a base model or a top line model. They represent VW, they represent the dealership, and they represent the customer and that’s all I needed. Thanks More
I got my son's car from carmax and was told that it would be covered by his warranty. When my son's car was done he got a bill for $238. I had to drive 4 1/2 hours to bring my son money so he could get his c be covered by his warranty. When my son's car was done he got a bill for $238. Great service, but as usual, they always try to push something else when you buy a car. Even though I've already had a great rate financing plan approved by my bank, they tried to convince me to accept something else when you buy a car. In the past two visits I have had issues with service. The 80k Mike arrive was done and the service light in the dash was not reset. Furthermore when they changed the tires pressures they didn’t reset T The 80k Mike arrive was done and the service light in the dash was not reset. Furthermore when they changed the tires pressures they didn’t reset TPMS causing me to have to visit a tire shop for no reason. On this last visit the car was taken for an oil change and verification of headlight bulb replacement. They ended up doing a 90k like service without my authorization. When I asked why, they said that my daughter approved it! The car is under my name and not my daughter and all previous times the dealer would communicate with me through text messaging while the car was in service! I am not sure I will take my car to Hansel anymore. More
