The dealer was great The service was excellent, communication was excellent, they even finished ahead of schedule and notified me that I could pick my car up early as it was a work day for me, my o communication was excellent, they even finished ahead of schedule and notified me that I could pick my car up early as it was a work day for me, my only complaint is they wanted to charge for tire rotation, I did not have them do this as I felt it should be part of the prepaid service. Kristen my service rep was incredibly thoughtful and kind. I took a test drive with a very nice man, sorry do not remember his name, he was new. He was accommodating in explaining the operation of the kind. I took a test drive with a very nice man, sorry do not remember his name, he was new. He was accommodating in explaining the operation of the vehicles. Chris the salesperson set this up as I was looking and wanting to compare. I also had my windshield replaced while I was there and this was all coordinated to coincide with the work I was having done. I would go back as they took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and the cost breakdown. Impressed by all personal I encountered. More
Engine light turned on and was able to get seen within 30 minutes of calling. Christain was extremely helpful, walked me through what my warranty covered and explained in detail what the team found. Grateful for the quick, responsive, and professional care I received here. And Maui the emotional support dog made the wait so much better. :) More
Christian was very helpful over the phone, they had my car done the same day and helped with the after hours pickup, previously I had work done at this dealership and have never gotten a good repair with car done the same day and helped with the after hours pickup, previously I had work done at this dealership and have never gotten a good repair with various issues such as broken connectors and other items not being fixed at all. The previous service writer was also very rude and homophonic. Years after the bad service and repairs I decided to try again and was provided excellent service and a quality repair. I believe this dealership is finally on rout to being a reliable quality service center and I look forward to my next visit More
I know Service Dept is always very busy, and Christian and Kirsten provide good service but don't seem to have time to actually explain why someone would indicate that I need 4 new tires, when 2 new tires and Kirsten provide good service but don't seem to have time to actually explain why someone would indicate that I need 4 new tires, when 2 new tires had been purchased in the last 18 months. That made me wary of VW's recommendations. Tires: I had to take my car to a private local mechanic who actually explained the situation. I bought the car used and each tire is different... as a result I'm not getting the optimum performance and it would be better all round if at least I replaced one tire to match the newest on the car and installed both on the front. Then work to replace the rear tires as I could afford. Tires now makes sense to me. Brake pads/rotors: If service could also take the time to explain what it means to a consumer when they provide a millimeter depth for brakes in terms of best time to bring back in to avoid rotor replacement, that would be most helpful. Or explain that because it has been 'X' number of miles since rotors have been replaced that the next brake job would most likely need to include pads and rotors. My private mechanic talked me through why they recommended Thank you, More
Mike was great and very accommodating and professional. It's the rigid policy of VW that is not very modern. I think the man was named Christian, he tried to help was seemed more robotic in his solution ra It's the rigid policy of VW that is not very modern.
