Hi, the service center people behind the front desk when you walk in are friendly and accommodating. I needed a key/fob. I had no back-up key. They knew the car would be towed in, and quoted me about $125 to program the new key. After they finished the car, they charged I had no back-up key. They knew the car would be towed in, and quoted me about $125 to program the new key. After they finished the car, they charged me over $100 more!!!! They said it was because several people had to move the car. They sold me the car with only one key and when it got lost, this new key cost me over $500 with this added cost! I may not use the dealership again. I feel I was taken advantage of. More
