Christian was quite rude to me when I brought my car in to be serviced. He seemed stressed And he was not able to take the time to answer my questions. When I did ask questions I feel like he was pedantic to be serviced. He seemed stressed And he was not able to take the time to answer my questions. I understand he may be a senior person service, and I would simply train him and others to be much more customer service oriented, and create the circumstances for them to live into that well. He seemed like he had too much on his plate. With all that said, the actual service to the car is and has been great. More
