They are polite and very persistent in suggestions for the vehicle. Charges are very high and the work could be performed at a much cheaper price. waited three hours for an oil change, the last 40 mins i looked at my car sitting in front of the dealership while the person who was supposed to be doing the paper work for me did nothing. she helped anoth looked at my car sitting in front of the dealership while the person who was supposed to be doing the paper work for me did nothing. she helped another customer after my car sat there for 20 mins already and i had to wait another 20 mins to get my car. i even asked someone else for help and he sat there and didn’t help me nor did he let my representative know that i had asked for help. also you guys changed my air filter when all i wanted was an oil change and i was not informed of it until after my service. i will never come here again.
