Hansel always takes good care of my car as though it was their own. I appreciate that care for my car. I live 100 miles away from Hansel VW and the care of my car is most important to me. After getting the Lux coat put on my windshield still had dirt on it, and some of the plastic lining by the windows had come undone. I was unable to even get a car for 40 minutes, then the one that they gave me had a flat tire. When I pointed it out the associate told me that because no lights had come on the dash that it was fine. It was not fine. It was a flat tire. I regret getting it done and am only giving more than 1 star for the lady at the check in desk who was the consummate professional. More
