The service staff is nice. But there are some major problems. One is that Parts and Service do not communicate well. Three times now they have had to order a part for my repair But there are some major problems. One is that Parts and Service do not communicate well. Three times now they have had to order a part for my repair and nobody informed me the part was in. i called to check and each time it turned out the part had come in a while ago but sat there for for a long time and almost got sent back. Second problem is not enough staff to work on electric cars. My ID.4 has major safety recalls but they are so backed up can't get to it until sometime in 2024!! More

I liked everything about the dealership except the trade in amount. I had an old car and when I filled out the credit application I was lead the believe I would get $687 trade in. When it came time to sign in amount. I had an old car and when I filled out the credit application I was lead the believe I would get $687 trade in. When it came time to sign the papers I was told they would only give me $100. Also I found out VW no longer gives charging cable for ID 4 . I think Hansel should make this standard equipment or at less give it to you at cost after spending $54k on a new car. More
