they were very pushy when trying to get my credit information, even though I had secured outside financing. SERVICE VISIT

Because of VW’s ‘supply chain’problem, our car was down for 1 year and 1 month. That hurt us financially. I contacted VW Customer Service- spoke with Colin, Kiki G, Pete N-Supervisor and was stalled and s for 1 year and 1 month. That hurt us financially. I contacted VW Customer Service- spoke with Colin, Kiki G, Pete N-Supervisor and was stalled and stonewalled from real resolution as they wouldn’t connect me with who would solve this situation. The supply chain breakdown is VW’s responsabity and opportunity to ‘Do the Right Thing’. Otherwise, it is a breach of Trust in VW. More
