I bought a new 2020 Highlander in March 2020. It came with a tow hitch but no wiring harness to plug in the lights for towing a trailer. They ordered the wiring harness and installed it about 6 weeks la with a tow hitch but no wiring harness to plug in the lights for towing a trailer. They ordered the wiring harness and installed it about 6 weeks later in May. When I went to plug it in a few days ago, early June it was dead. I took it to my local mechanic to diagnose. Drive-Rite said the wiring harness has no electrical current and to bring it to the dealer to fix. It cost $75 for the diagnosis. In the end the Highlander was dropped off and the dealer had it for 2 days to install a relay/converter for light harness. I was satisfy as the 3rd visit was a charm. I was given a loaner car, car wash and refunded the $75.00 for my out of pocket expense. The Service Advisor Brandyn T. was fantastic providing excellent customer service. Again, a satisfying experience for me and my family as this is the 3rd Hansel vehicle we purchased. More
