I found Hansel Toyota to be different : a pleasant, no pressure car purchasing experience. First, Logan Williams was the best sales person I've ever experienced. He was thoughtful, informative, patient and gave me the sense that my questions were important and to be thoroughly answered. At all times of the vehicle purchase I was treated respectfully, and at no point was the experience negative. Logan was both personable and professional. I trust him. Additionally, Finance Manager Darin Jackson went beyond all expectations in helping me get the best financial arrangement. He was helpful explaining what was in my best interest and why. I had initially chosen a plan that was not to my benefit and Darin patiently (very patiently!) explained why and how another plan saved me money. Hansel Toyota has 2 superb employees in these men.I have no hesitation recommending them, and would be happy to have their car purchasing expertise in the future. BTW, I love my 2020 Rav 4 Hybrid. I feel safe driving it , delighted at the 40 mpg and its easier touch on our environment. More

The inspections and maintenance on my vehicle were completed, my car was washed and I drove away in only one and a half hours. Throughout the process, Brandyn was thorough, helpful and cheerful.
