Once the car was ours and we did the electronics training the dealership dropped the ball. We told you the ball for the hitch was not delivered with every interaction we had with you and were told repeatedly the dealership dropped the ball. After being assured repeatedly that it was on order we were finally told this week that the ball was not part of the package. We finally bought one from another company and will have it installed although our paperwork from you says clearly that is was installed. Your customer service rep called the day after we bought one on our own and offered to get one for us. Too late. When we went in for the electronics training and asked for the part the box was thrown into the back of the car. In what world is this installation? Adam in parts mansplained to me how a trailer hitch works although I have had a trailer with a hitch for almost 10 years and was a mechanic with PG&E for almost 10 years. He did this as a way of explaining to me why the ball that Nick had told us was included was not. Customer relations asked for and got a lot of information and thanked us for helping them with training issues. It is not my job to help with training issues. It is not my job to chase down parts that were promised. It is not my job to help with fraud issues at your dealership.
