I did not get post sale orientation to my car - to customize snd review features. We finished the sale late. Took 3 weeks for them to reach out and now I'm waiting cause got sick. Once the car was ours and we did the electronics training the dealership dropped the ball. We told you the ball for the hitch was not delivered with every interaction we had with you and were told repeatedly the dealership dropped the ball. After being assured repeatedly that it was on order we were finally told this week that the ball was not part of the package. We finally bought one from another company and will have it installed although our paperwork from you says clearly that is was installed. Your customer service rep called the day after we bought one on our own and offered to get one for us. Too late.
