Service advisor Brian Stegner and shuttle driver Linda Worthington are absolutely a pleasure to be around and to do business with. I brought my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Plug-in Hybrid to Hansel because my cruise control would fail intermittently. Brian greeted me warmly as soon as I appeared in the service department. He patiently and carefully listened to me explain what problems I was having with my car. He completed my Repair Estimate quickly and set me up with Linda for my free shuttle ride to work nearby. Linda was very friendly and offered great conversation during my ride to work. Thanks so much, Linda. Brian then set me up with a free Uber ride from work back to the service department to pick-up my car. When I arrived he let me know that they had diagnosed my problem as PO452 EVAP SYSTEM PRESSURE SENSOR/SWITCH CIRCUIT LOW. They recommended the replacement of the electronic vent solenoid valve and both hoses. About a month prior I had visited Hanlees' Subaru in Napa for the same issue. They came up with the same diagnosis but gave a different recommendation. They recommended the replacement of my battery for $300. So, I took their recommendation and bought a new battery for $300. However, my cruise control continued to fail intermittently. On the contrary, Hansel's recommendation would cost me nothing since it would be covered by the factory warranty. But they needed to order one of the hoses, which would take about a month to arrive. So, I brought my car back in a month, and, again, Brian took great care of me. He set me up with another free shuttle ride to work when I dropped the car off. He later called and said that the car wouldn't be ready until the next day. So, he set me up with another free Uber to back to the dealership, which is right next to an Enterprise Rent-a-car. He set me up with a free car rental. The next day I picked-up my car and returned the rental to the dealership. Brian took care of returning the rental to Enterprise for me. It has been a few weeks now, and my cruise control hasn't failed once. If their recommendation had been incorrect, as was Hanlees', then my cruise control would have failed intermittently several times already. As it did right after Hanlee replaced my battery for $300. So, I have concluded that Hansel's fixed the problem. And I am so grateful. Hansel Subaru has more than earned my loyalty. More
