I am reluctant to give feedback when I still do not have the second key to the 2020 Outback I paid cash for on May 9, 2023. There was a several week delay in getting the windshield which was due to weathe the second key to the 2020 Outback I paid cash for on May 9, 2023. However, the second key should have been provided when we picked up the car. We were told by John Groth that Subaru had to provide two keys. We are going out of town in a few days and would like to use the second key. More

I ordered three parts for my 2018 SILVER Forester. Drivers' side mirror & back cover. While it wasn't really anyone's fault, only the mirror was ordered first. Then when I received the back color i Drivers' side mirror & back cover. While it wasn't really anyone's fault, only the mirror was ordered first. Then when I received the back color in a neutral gray, I was told that this piece only comes in this color and I would have to get the part painted. REALLY??!! With all the SILVER Subarus on the road, one would think that this part would be available in silver. More
