I paid a deposit for my vehicle. When I got the car, my deposit was not credited. Weeks later, I have not received the refund. Not too happy with this last service. Always in the past it has been good but. I was quoted $545 for the 30k service but when I arrived for the appt. was told it was $1000. Apparently there are 3 levels of service, so I chose the middle one at $1000, but then 2 hours later was informed the bushings were shredded and needed replacing. A service that was going to cost $500 ended up costing $2500. I kept hearing Subarus are expensive, but this is my 3rd one, and it does not have a good record. First the audio system went out at 6 yrs, then the bushings at 48k miles? Both of my other Subarus were excellent cars, a 1991 GL and a 2002 Outback. Maybe they aren't the trouble free, long lasting cars they used to be? Not sure my next car will be a Subaru. More

The service advisors that check you in are knowledgeable and very personal. I always wait at the dealer while my car is serviced. It is always done in a timely fashion. I love this dealership because they always service my car rapidly , keep me informed of the process and I can trust their work. Waiting at the dealership is comfortable with a nice workspace and coffee alway rapidly , keep me informed of the process and I can trust their work.
