SERVICE VISIT

My last service went terrible. My service person apparently went on vacation and didn't hand off my case. Even though they needed to keep my car because a part needed to be ordered My service person apparently went on vacation and didn't hand off my case. Even though they needed to keep my car because a part needed to be ordered, no one was keeping up with my car. No other service person could help me, not sure why. I had to insist on talking with the service manager. The service manager was not very friendly but did eventually get my car completed. More
