Felt dismissed by the service person. We spent $4k at the shop to get vehicle fixed. When we got it back the trunk was missing foam and board. At first the service guy was great. Jumped on it and got it ordered free for us and told me he'd contact me when it arrived. 2 to 3 weeks later nothing. I finally call in and it all yeah come on in it's here. Then when I'm asking about another issues kinda got dismissed about it .asked about warranty was told it isn't covered as he is walking away from me and waving me off. Didn't quite like that. Not going back to the Santa Rosa Subaru. Rather drive to Ukiah. More
