Friendly and fast service with knowledgeable technicians. If they ask you if you want your car washed at the end of the service they will do it unlike other dealers which promise but fail to do so. More

Thank you for care in responding. It is not good to build cars that need to be repaired so often but I am thankful that Subaru corrects there problems quickly rather than ignoring them.

I want to add that Adam LaFranci gave better than excellent care the first three years of our servicing. We will probably buy Subaru again and work with Adam who moved from service to sales. Apart from the recalls, the service department is first class. However, I am still waiting for a response to two emails that I sent to the service manager.
