It was hard to get an appointment. The problem was pretty trivial (a small rock got stuck in the radiator vent) but it took half a day and cost a lot to fix. Easy drop off, checking in, comfortable waiting, good communication system. Somehow the computer information was weirdly incorrect- instead of showing that I was in for a simple lube oil filter kind of c communication system. Somehow the computer information was weirdly incorrect- instead of showing that I was in for a simple lube oil filter kind of check up service, that I had a cracked windshield and other unrelated problems with my car. So the first thing Mike did after pulling my information up on the computer, was go out and look for the crack in my window which was a comedy of errors, but we quickly figured out somebody else's information ended up on my account- More
