After test driving available cars on the lot I decided to design and order a new 328 i x drive. Chelsea was fantastic during the ordering process. She explained and showed me car feature options to help get me the exact car I wanted. To my pleasant surprise my timing meant that I would be ordering the following years model (2016). Chelsea was great following up with my questions and if picky me asked something extraneous she would get me the answer from their on site BMW car genius Kai. After tracking my new 328 from Germany across the Atlantic to Port... Chelsea was on vacation when my 2016 328 arrived. She gave me the heads up in advance and had everything arranged for Steven to help me. Steven was great. He got as much paperwork done as possible before I arrived. We did a final test drive and he showed me the new car features to get me on my way. Steven followed up within a couple of days to make sure I was happy. About a week after getting oriented to my new car Kai (the car genius) e mailed to schedule an appointment with me. Kai was amazing. He reviewed in depth the car's features so I could optimize them for my needs. BMW through in an extra tank of gas too. It was great having someone dedicated to making sure you understand what your car can do. The team at Hansel BMW was fantastic. They worked together to make sure my needs were taken care of. More
