I’m not happy that my radio station settings were changed and that my door lock system was changed. I had an interesting situation where my BMW 2016 535d was originally a Canadian, when the high pressure fuel pump failed, stalled, wouldn't start, etc. I had it towed to the dealership. Mike Allen was instru originally a Canadian, when the high pressure fuel pump failed, stalled, wouldn't start, etc. I had it towed to the dealership. Mike Allen was instrumental in working with BMW North America in getting the car validated to the US and repaired items under extended warranty as well as provided a loaner during that time. One thing that could have been done better after the repairs is some sort of test to ensure that no additional codes will trigger the check engine light. They did do an extended drive test around 50 miles or so, but the check engine light came on within a few miles of picking the car up, I returned back to service and Mike had a technician review the code while I waited. Its for another sensor which if check they could have caught and replaced while the car was there. Now I have to return back there a few days later when the part is in stock to have the repairs done. Something similar had happen to me previously at the same dealership, where within a day of picking up the car, the check engine light came on again. This just ends up requiring multiple trips to the dealership for repairs. More

We have two older BMWs and moved to SR two and a half years ago at the start of the pandemic .We had some trouble with one of the cars. 1. They rarely answer the phones. It's frustrating. 2. The last few times I've had service I've had to return because the service wasn't completed or there was another issue. With this last visit I had issues after picking the car up, was never able to a any service folks on the phone but was promised a call back. I'm still waiting. It's been weeks. Thankfully I called BMWNA and THEY solved my issue. 3. This review is for the service department, not sales. My sale experiences have all been good and I've purchased several vehicles here. More
