Scheduling an oil change or equally minor thing will take them all day, sometimes into the late evening. I never really thought a VW Hansel VW in Santa Rosa and it was such a great experience from beginning to end. My sales guy, Diego Mora, was the best! I never really thought a VW was going to be my car, really I was just looking around, but Diego was so easy to work with and so helpful I ended up going in for a test drive and that was it. I never felt the typical salesperson pressure; he was easy going, genuine and knowledgeable. In the end I drove off with a new Atlas and I'm so glad I did.
