Overly difficult to deal with the service department. They were not understanding of the customers needs. I mostly waited @ dealership for maintenance, nice waiting area, but when told my car needed more work & double the time, I asked for & graciously was given Uber/Lyft to & from nearby shopping/restaur waiting area, but when told my car needed more work & double the time, I asked for & graciously was given Uber/Lyft to & from nearby shopping/restaurant mall.
