I've already sent my complaint to the main office on the east coast. Gage was really nice when we came in to get the car and I prearranged the finance portion so doing the paperwork was really easy (and fast thank you). It was just a crap experience of buying my first brand new car ever.

Been coming here for 10 years now for service and to purchase my last BMW. The service advisor I work with is amazing! He’s thorough and makes me feel important every time I show up.
