Had a recall for the wire harness for the blower motor and the blower motor regulator. When I picked up the car nothing was working. When we asked the service department, they said all they were required and the blower motor regulator. When I picked up the car nothing was working. When we asked the service department, they said all they were required to fix was the wire harness. They said they could diagnose it but would charge me for it. We left extremely unhappy. The next day we called around to a few repair shops and all of them said that Hansel BMW was not correct and even printed us a copy of the entire recall which states that the blower motor regulator needs to be replaced along with the wire harness. Called Hansel BMW back to explain we had a copy of the recall and would gladly show them but they ended up just hanging up on us. We ended up ordering the part ourselves and fixing the problem ourselves which was exactly that the regulator needed to be replaced. Will never go there again and will never recommend them to anyone. More

Thalia was great, but they did not honor the promise which the sales person made to replace all four tires on the new car. Only the two rear tires were changed.
