Conveniently located in Santa Rosa, I went to Hansel BMW and bought the X1 at the end of the 2023 model year. Overall it was a good experience expect for two things. 1) I paid cash and didn't finance. But t and bought the X1 at the end of the 2023 model year. Then I received a letter a month afterwards stating I didn't qualify for credit (my score is in the 800's)! 2) more time should have been devoted to setting up all the initial settings and demonstrating how to modify settings in the future.
