With no loaner cars available and Acura corporate not helping, Carlos worked with us and understood how difficult our situation became. We were a bit dismayed by Acura Corporate unwillingness to help and luckily found a work around to keep us driving until the part arrived. The computer module arrived a month early and Carlos worked with us to make sure we had a loaner for the time our MDX was down. His method of communication is excellent. People like Carlos keep us coming back. More
