Morgan McGrath is wonderful. She explained everything that would be done and was very helpful. There was an issue with my navigation unit and I had to bring the car back the next day. After further inspection, the service tech advised that the navigation unit has to be sent out for repairs. Of course I was disappointed since now I am unable to adjust my heater/AC unit or check some of the other features that are all attached to the navigation unit. Morgan will call me next week to let me know when the repaired unit is ready for reinstallation. I certainly hope this takes care of the issue I've had with this unit for over a year. More

It came time to replace our 2000 TL that has been a pleasure to own so naturally we were partial to a new 2012 TL. We shopped around locally a bit (Los Angeles area) but the problem we had was that we pleasure to own so naturally we were partial to a new 2012 TL. We shopped around locally a bit (Los Angeles area) but the problem we had was that we really wanted a Mayan Bronze exterior. It turned out that virtually the only one in the state was at Hansel/Prestige in Santa Rosa--about 400 miles north of us. I contacted them directly to get a price and find out about shipping the car. I dealt with Victor Love (Client Advisor) who not only gave us the best price (again this was a highly sought after color) and the General Manager (George)said that instead of shipping (which would have cost $500), why not just fly up. They would pay for one of our tickets and pick us up at the airport in Oakland. We did so and I have to say that the entire experience was probably the best car buying experience my wife and I ever had. The dealership was great and the road trip home was fun. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! More
Our first Acura was purchased from Prestige in 2008. I just attempted to purchase another Acura from Prestige, but cancelled out during the process. I must say that I have never felt quite at home in the just attempted to purchase another Acura from Prestige, but cancelled out during the process. I must say that I have never felt quite at home in the Service Department after our purchase in 2008. Even though I have been treated courteously, there didn't seem to be much associated with being part of the family and I felt they have always been expensive. With trying to purchase the new Acura, the sales experience eventually felt like trying to buy a 1976 Chrysler Plymouth. Our sales representative was actually a good guy and I enjoyed working with him. Unfortunately, the sales manager calls the shots and tells the representatives what to say. In my opinion, he was a poor judge of a client. The results were they lost the sale on a new TL and continuing service on an existing sale. For the record, yes, I have my new TL, but from another dealership. More
