This team is so professional! I am the type of person who wants to understand as much as possible before I make a purchase. I spent hours being educated on these vehicles, financing vs leasing, and everything in between before I even looked at the one and only car I saw. My salesperson listened to what I was looking for and delivered just that. My salesperson, Todd Robertson, has done more than any salesperson I have ever worked with. The attention to detail has being amazing. I still have much to learn about my new Santa Fe Sport Turbo, but I feel this dealership will answer every question I have and continue to take care of my needs. The manager Joe has been in the industry for years and I did not walk away with any unanswered questions. That is rare for any business. I will without question refer anyone to this dealership. Thank you all for your time and knowledge of your craft. More
3 stars with reservations Three stars with reservations. I purchased a 2012 Kia Soul. My mechanic inspected it and informed me that it is, "in like-new condition." It handles Three stars with reservations. I purchased a 2012 Kia Soul. My mechanic inspected it and informed me that it is, "in like-new condition." It handles very well, is in great shape and I haven't found anything in which to be disappointed. I got a nice price for my trade-in and reasonable financing. No hard sell and I was presented with several options, in my price range, from which to choose. Although I have no complaints about the car, I have a couple of complaints about the service experience. When I purchased the car, I was promised a second key by my salesman, Benjamin Bish. He informed me that he would provide the second key as soon as possible as he needed to look for it. I called the following week and he informed me that he had been unable to locate the key, yet, had ordered one for me. I left a message for him a few days later with no response. I went back to the dealership a few days after that, only to be informed that no key had been ordered. Julie, from the parts department, called me, later that day, to inform me that she had ordered the key (Monday) and it would arrive by the end of the week. I called, again, on Thursday and was informed that the key would arrive the next day. It is that next day and, despite having called twice and leaving a message once, I have heard nothing as of close of business. At least a phone call would have been nice. More
First they delivered my car to wrong address!! Had to leavw work early because they didnt lock the car even though i had an extra set of keys.
