The salespeople/staff are always very friendly and helpful. My salesman was Ben. He was very informative and helped me decide exactly what I needed in a vehicle, not just what he wanted to sell me. He took the time to listen to what I said, and really listened! ( at first I wasnt sure what exactly I wanted/needed/could afford) He went over buying a new vs used vehicle, and was completely honest about what he thought I could afford, and if it was going to be worth trading in the future. I left with a brand new Elantra, and couldnt be happier. Every time I come in for service, he still takes the time to say hello and small talk, even if he is busy. Which he always is, and I can see why! You dont meet many salespeople as educated about the products and who genuinely care for their customers like him! My sales person Sherri Keller was been fantastic as a senior the new technology tends to confuse me however she has been there every step of the way teaching all about my new Tucson so I can get the most out of it. This is the first NEW car I ever purchased and was such fun going over the brochures and picking out everything I wanted I was so excited the morning I got the call that my Tucson had arrived!!! When I went to pick it up it was everything I wanted and more!
