Good vehicle-bad experience Hyundai has nice vehicles. Unfortunately, they don't monitor their dealerships well enough. While we were there waiting for over 2 hours for someone Hyundai has nice vehicles. Unfortunately, they don't monitor their dealerships well enough. While we were there waiting for over 2 hours for someone to give us our paperwork after we purchased our vehicle, another couple stormed the place, also very unhappy. We were ignored the whole time we were there. I was totally humiliated. Others would come in the door and I would have to wait until they were served before I was recognized, since I had already planned to purchase and the others were new prospects. Once you agree to buy, they could care less about you. Buy a Hyundai; they are great. Buy it from somewhere other than Hanover Hyundai. More
