I went to this dealership because they had a specific model car that I wanted. Megan my salesperson, I didn’t care for throughout the process. She doesn’t seem to be a warm person, and those who came wi model car that I wanted. Megan my salesperson, I didn’t care for throughout the process. What really set me off is that she refused to give me the keys to my vehicle after I purchased it. She said she doesn’t get paid until I posted a review with her name. THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM AND THE PRACTICE IS PREDATORY. I don’t know who to blame for that part, her or the dealership. Either way - not cool. It took everything in me to not call the police to give me the keys to the vehicle I just paid for. And oh, guess what? It’s 3 weeks later and my car is in the shop after it stranded me on the Skyway Bridge - turns out, it needs a new timing belt and possibly a new engine. Not happy. But, Watts in finance, as well as the Gm, are cool and would deal with them again. More
