I purchased a car from these people and unfortunately I cannot give a sterling review. After the test drive I took the car back and told them I did not want it due to the noisy ride it had. The sales manager (JT) came over and told me he would take it to the back and have it checked for the problem. He returned telling me that the problem was a tire and that they would order the tire and fix it when it came in. I continued with the buy on his word that they would repair it. We left around 12:30 PM to go to get lunch and when we parked we could not get the car into "PARK" so we went back immediately (missing lunch) to report the issue. At that time they took the car to the back again. When they returned I was told that they ordered the part and would repair the issue when it came in. To make a long story short we have gotten the car repaired after the Assistant GM (JT) told us they would pay back the deductible. That was two weeks ago and we have still not received a refund. I am not a rich man and on a fixed income and I unfortunately used rent money for these repairs and now it looks like I have bigger problems. Thanks for nothing Offlease!!! More

There were a couple of unexpected things about the car I wasn't told about, like a headlamp cover that collects condensation, and a rear view mirror not in 100% condition, but these small things are not deal breakers and do not impact my overall satisfaction.
