We investigate every matter we see published. Our initial investigation revealed that the axle was not broken, but that the vehicle just needed a bracket. Since we were waiting for parts, we offered to reimburse you for a car rental for up to three days. We also offered a free exchange with an inventory of 3,325 cars to choose from with our five different locations but would never force a customer to accept any vehicle. After doing some research online, the following was found posted by bankrate.com: If you’ve purchased a new or used car and you’re having second thoughts about it, in most cases, you won’t be able to return the car. The dealer who sold you the car is usually not legally obligated to take the car back and issue you a refund or exchange after you’ve signed the sales contract.
