We felt like we mattered and she made sure the entire process was smooth. We never felt rushed or pressured. The icing on the cake was walking out to take delivery of our beautiful new Mustang and she had a giant gold bow on the hood. We felt like the entire experience was absolutely perfect! Also, the Service Manager, Jeremy took the time to show my husband every detail of the controls and answered all our technical questions. Lastly, Joshua, our finance manager was so awesome to work with. He made sure we left with a smile on our face and a payment we could reasonably afford. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I've been to a lot of dealerships in my life. I was not pressured, I had no clue what I really wanted and after 10 different test drives, I found my I've been to a lot of dealerships in my life. I was not pressured, I had no clue what I really wanted and after 10 different test drives, I found my perfect vehicle. I was embarrassed of the condition of my trade-in because it was literally my office/purse on wheels and they never batted an eye and even offered more than I expected. My sales associate, Anne ran her behind off for me and who knows who else that day but stayed in touch and did not hassle me at all. Three days later, we were in and out and the only delay was coordinating mine and my husband's time off to be there together. The entire staff was just genuinely nice and no pressure ever. THAT meant the world to me. I felt I was treated fairly and I felt I got a very fair deal.
