Waste of time, looking at Vinfast cars. They didn’t tell us we need a 800 credit score to get approval for the car. We not only got our credit pulled for myself but was told I need a co signer… so they also got the credit pulled. This was one the third visit. We don’t even live in the same city as the dealership. Make sure they tell you everything up front and get approval from a bank before they waste your time. More
Overall, good experience. Most cars in excellent shape. You could tell that they spent a lot of money building out this facility. Our salesperson Brian Treder was outstanding. He was no pressure and helpful in everything we asked of him. Just know upfront that you will be paying the following mandatory fees: - $998 Pre-delivery service fee - $499 Lojack - $499 Paint and fabric conditioning To me the main thing is getting a car you love, and to do that you need to have a good selection of reasonably priced vehicles. Used car lot with endless excesses why they didn’t have a car ready to go after weeks of notice. Drove 4 hours to buy a car from Hanna auto.con and they were rude and condescending without reason?? We alread car ready to go after weeks of notice. Drove 4 hours to buy a car from Hanna auto.con and they were rude and condescending without reason?? We already had the deal done!!?? I would recommend somewhere with a history of selling good cars instead of Hanna. They just do not seem to have a clue what is happening around them and treated me like I was there begging for money or food? I came to buy a car four hours away from home to simply leave without a car and questioning why anyone would buy a car from them. I then read their reviews online and saw that I’m just one out of long line of buyers that felt the exact same way. This buy here pay here pirates won’t last long so make sure the car is completely covered from the manufactures warranty before buying More
I don't usually write reviews, but my experience purchasing a 2017 VW Alltrack from Hanna Cars was truly exceptional! From the moment I walked into the nicely appointed dealership and greeted by salesman Eddie Meneely, who was extremely helpful, from patiently walking me through the unique way Hanna Cars works (which in my opinion is VERY smart), to the test drive, to my trade-in and final sale, I was super impressed. I was also impressed with the very knowledgeable Hector in the Service Center, who made sure everything was working perfectly on the vehicle I purchased. Fair and professional, I would highly recommend Hanna Cars to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. More
This place is a joke and the salesman to management and finance they all have no clue but what's going on then just try to sell you a beat up car finance they all have no clue but what's going on then just try to sell you a beat up car More
Oh boy run dont walk away from this business. My wife bought a Rav4 from them they had 2 available said one was a rental the other wasnt, they ended up both being a rental when we got there. Now My wife bought a Rav4 from them they had 2 available said one was a rental the other wasnt, they ended up both being a rental when we got there. Now after looking at the carfax one of them still ended up being a winner. The big issue was the finance department, They had a guy named Jimmy possibly Jim Turner that full on commited fraud signing my wife up for a 5 year extended warranty that we did not want which was an extra $1000. He also lied about another extended warranty that ended up being complete bogus that claimed you could cancel at any time but when i looked at the paperwork calling the warranty company it said 60 day. We canceled that with confirmation but still nothing is taken off the principle 8 weeks after the confirmation email. We called and got ahold of their "bdc director" angela bailen that claimed jimmy was fired due to commiting fraud on other people and said she was going to get us in contact with a manager "Ralph". Called today another person said angela was fired all calls get blocked. xxxx is too lenient of a word for this place and their staff. What I suspect is they just claim people are fired or flat out give fake names to everyone and good luck doing anything over the phone. Currently doing a FTC complaint, DMV complaint to get them gigged, Florida attorney general and gave them a demand letter a month ago so now talking with legal. More
When to this dealership about 1 month ago made a deal on a 2021 dodge warlock. My salesman name was Colin had a couple of things to do to the truck. Ask Colin if he wanted me to put some money down and he t a 2021 dodge warlock. My salesman name was Colin had a couple of things to do to the truck. Ask Colin if he wanted me to put some money down and he told me we don’t do that anymore but reassured me that the truck was mine. Well a couple of weeks went by did not hear anything tried calling and finally drove over to the dealership and was told by Jason that the truck was sold a couple days before I got there. Was told that they wanted to make things right and I waited another 2 weeks and just went over and Jason told me that they were trying to fine a truck for me but could not find one that was similar to the one they sold out from under me. So in conclusion I am done with Hanna car would not even buy a lawn mower from them. More
Very mixed, I would normally write the good and the bad, but one of the salesmen was very condescending so I'm going to do it the other way around. The Bad: $2500; this is the real dealer fee once you a but one of the salesmen was very condescending so I'm going to do it the other way around. The Bad: $2500; this is the real dealer fee once you add up all mandatory fees and add-ons. They do their very best to hide this when buying the car. One of the representatives of the dealer lied to me constantly when I questioned him about this, saying it was a state tax (it wasn't). Additionally, they will tell you the $4000 tax credit is a discount, but it isn't. This is important because if take it and don't qualify you will owe another $4000 on your taxes at the end of the year. They also have a mandatory "Hanna Advantage" for $1000, it's advertised as free on their website, very misleading. If you bought a car from them recently, there is a possibility that a judge would side with you in small claims court to refund this. Bonus points if you bought an EV when you were not qualified, you can try for the $4000 as well. Neutral: They are a no-negotiation dealership. Not necessarily a bad thing by itself, I just wish they would make that clear in their advertising. Most similar dealers do. The Good: The car I looked at seemed to be in excellent condition. It drove great and its paint seemed to be way better than its miles would make you assume. I was impressed. The experience before numbers were put in front of me was excellent. I made an appointment, and when I walked inside there was someone who immediately welcomed me with a smile, everything was seamless, and the place looked to be well managed. A lot of dealers could learn something from that. A guy named Junior showed me the car and was exceptional. He answered every question honestly, was friendly, was never condescending or pushy, and did everything to make my time there enjoyable. This was completely the opposite of the second salesman I dealt with. Bonus: They are also a new car dealer for a cool little Vietnamese EV. I can't think of a reason someone would buy one over other new options on the market, but they are neat. I wouldn't recommend this dealer. More
Where do I start. Found a vehicle I liked, went in to talk price. The don't discount at all, even when I should them higher end models elsewhere with same milage at Found a vehicle I liked, went in to talk price. The don't discount at all, even when I should them higher end models elsewhere with same milage at 2/3k less. In addition I went to there website for a kbb cash offer, there website gave me a decent amount but when at the dealership they undercut that amount by 5k. I was like xxx. Felt more like an insult. He knew the deal was over and couldn't wait to rush me out the door. No customer service at all. More
