I'm not working and I'm pregnant right now and my husband works full-time we don't have much credit history. Without getting into all of my financial life and details I'm just finding out Monday 430pm they can't finance us. However I spent most of the day Friday trying to coordinate with different banks and get my credit application sent in to them and I got all of my stuff sent to them by 2 o'clock on Friday I was called at 2:40 by my salesperson Keith and I answer the phone he says you aren't here yet?! I go excuse me he goes you're not here yet?! you got approved! I was kind of surprised because of the way he said it on the phone a little bit flustered I said okay and said I'd be right down there and hung up without asking any questions. so I get my mother had just gotten out of the hospital to rush me down there thinking I'm going to go pick up my new car. On the way there my mom starts asking all these questions about how much the payments going to be in everything and I realize I didn't ask any of that so I call and Keith tells me he can't tell me any of that over the phone because of HIPAA violations. What? HIPPA? I didn't know I was at the doctor! We get to the dealership Keith talks about how the dealership opened and all of this stuff that just had nothing to do with buying this car. We end up waiting until almost 7 o'clock to find out that the underwriters have already left wouldn't be back until Monday and suddenly when they sent in my application they forgot that I was unemployed. I was also informed that by the floor manager they cannot hold the vehicle I had already looked at and thought I was getting over the weekend until the bank is open again. and still now Monday i have spent all day back and forth calling them and giving them information and every time they call me back to confirm information what they have is incorrect to find out they can't finance us which you know that's fine if they can't. Our credit history isn't very long. but this has been abysmal customer service to call someone and tell them that they've been approved and then make them wait hours the showroom to the point where my mother her head down and went to sleep. I told him I was pregnant and I probably should have eaten before I came here for we were going to wait around that long and he offered about KFC across the street. I said I'm pregnant I don't want to eat greasy food unless you want me to throw up on you. Finally he goes to the counter for the rest of that visit and plays on his phone, sends his floor manager over to tell us about the underwriters leaving and doesn't say goodbye or anything while we leave. Not even a glance to see if the door hit us on the way out. We were also informed the car couldn't be held until Monday. I've called repeatedly throughout the day today to get a voicemail or told that they're going to forward the message or forward into someone else's voicemail or put on hold until I go to another voicemail. Pretty much never getting a phone call back and then when I finally complained to the receptionist she supposedly is going to send me to a GM. I got Steve and then when I got mad when I realized I wasnt talking to a manager at all after his responses. Then perfect timing Rick floor manager I've been talking to, I mean trying to talk to all day, calls on the other line to finally tell me that they can't do anything. Really why did you guys wait all this time call us down there then pass us off from the salesman to everyone else afterward. Mind you my husband and I may not have much credit history but we were willing to put $3k down on a $9k car and they drug their feet all weekend when we were done submitting our papers by 2 pm Friday. You obviously don't want to sell any cars. More

From the greeting with a sincere smile to the actual delivery making sure I understood the full operation of my new vehicle. I highly recommend asking for him. I also met the manager, Chris, he was most helpful and eager to make my deal with the highest code of ethics. My finance manager, Brandon Winder, was extremely thorough and made all the paperwork easy to understand. I had one very minor adjustment to my new vehicle and Jason in service did it in such a timely manor with absolutely no issues. Under promise and over deliver comes to mind. I noticed the vibe of the whole place was positive and watched the interaction with their other customers. Everyone seemed happy and pleased. Bravo to this exceptional car dealership. They do it right! This whole place I recommend. From the product to the facility to the people. More

not feeling pressure to buy Allan was very helpful. When I first walked in I wasn't swarmed by pushy salesmen. Allen went beyond out of his way to get every car I picked out until I found the one I was finally happy with. I didn't feel like a helpless female not knowing what or which to pick out. I would recommend anyone to go there. I got a year older car 2015 with very little mileage and it feels and smells new. He also made my daughter happy by giving her some of his cookies which made her smile. Thanks also should go to Brandon who made me feel comfortable in buying a new car. The whole team was amazing!!! :) More

I found this dealership through truecar.com They had the car I wanted at a great price. Pricing and value also receives 5 stars. Did not take too long to get everything done. Timeliness also about 5 stars. The dealership has a great selection and very good prices. The review about customer service on here I dont understand. I had a great experience overall. Now for the cons in my case. The car had some scratches I would have wanted them to take the scratches out. I know its a used car so it happens but I have a friend at a body shop so I will have to have him take care of that. The vehicle drove well had a clean carfax. The only part about my experience that was probably not perfect to me was financing. The rate I got was great vs others but I still would have like to have gotten better. I realize that this is based on my credit so for my credit I believe it was great rate. There was a point where I told the sales consultant what I could afford and what I could pay and he went to financing and by the time I was doing the final paperwork. It was not the rate we talked about. Now I agree it wasnt a binding agreement and they may have gotten me the best they could but I felt a bit in the dark on this. They first came back with outrageous offers of extremely high interest but I think that part was a misunderstanding. I do appreciate the work financing did to find me the best interest rate that I was comfortable with, however on the final paperwork the rate was not what I asked for, it was close enough but I was not what I agreed upon. Im not the type to put up a huge fuss for these things but that process of financing and the scratches on the was the only parts I didnt agree with. I would say 2.5 stars but not an option. My standards are very high being in management myself. Overall the process went smooth and good service just some bumps in financing and appearance of the car. More

We got a 2015 vehicle with less than 15,000 miles on it. I shared this information with another salesman I have worked with elsewhere and he was honest stating he could not duplicate that cost. On KBB it was actually under the bar for sales from dealership and they were honest about cosmetic damage not on the CARFAX report that was not visible to anyone as well. Angela was our sales person and she was very helpful. The description online of vehicle was not correct noting as SL while it was a SV in reality. The financing person pushed extended warranty aggressively so be prepared to say no thank you multiple times. There are not a lot of people wanting to sell you cars here and the ones that do are busy so don't expect this to be a quick experience as it took me probably five minutes to find someone that was even willing to take back the plate and keys to the car I initially test drove! So if you find a vehicle price online you like then you should give them a try and definitely try to get Angela to help you through the process. More
