The shopping experience at Hanna is pleasant and easy starting with the awesome ladies who greet you the moment you enter the front door. The buying experience is fine. The reason I gave this four stars rather than five is that it took a long time to line up the financing. More importantly the numbers for selling gap protection and gps tracking theft protection were not clear which resulted in an experience that felt less than honest. More
