We set an appointment time and he was there to meet me at the door. He was friendly and not at all pushy. After I brought the car home there were a few small details that needed attention and Steve has been great following up! Ken Massenburg in finance was AWESOME!! We had such a great time chatting as we filled out that endless paperwork that comes with buying a car!! The only thing I would recommend to make my experience better would be to have a good detailing crew present on a busy Saturday so I don’t have to bring it back at a later date. My experience was extremely positive and I will happily recommend Hanna Imports to anyone in the market for a used car!! More

Chris and his manager Alex worked with me on fixing the items and went above and beyond to make sure we are fully satisfied with the fixes. After the delivery we found an issue and I informed Chris. He took it to his manager Alex and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. We are one happy customer. We would like to thank Chris and his team! More

Also, he is an army veteran, so instantly gained our respect. They do hold up to their end of the bargain, and they proactively called me for the repairs we negotiated. They actually replaced the brakes instead of repairing them, which I thought said a lot. I did have to detail the car to get a cologne/smoke smell out, but the vehicle is reliable and in perfect shape otherwise. They normally detail all smells out with a third party, but I think mine was just over looked. That’s what you gamble when buying a used car. Also, service team was so great. I’d be tempted to use them over the Jeep dealership based on my experience with them. More
