Good Car-buying Experience I was on the lot in the middle of a storm in the farthest location away from the main dealership building. Great customer service I am pleased with the customer care thus far at Hanna Imports. Steve Smith was first to reach out to me after I sent in an online inquiry. We set an I am pleased with the customer care thus far at Hanna Imports. Steve Smith was first to reach out to me after I sent in an online inquiry. We set an appointment time and he was there to meet me at the door. He was friendly and not at all pushy. After I brought the car home there were a few small details that needed attention and Steve has been great following up! Ken Massenburg in finance was AWESOME!! We had such a great time chatting as we filled out that endless paperwork that comes with buying a car!! The only thing I would recommend to make my experience better would be to have a good detailing crew present on a busy Saturday so I don’t have to bring it back at a later date. My experience was extremely positive and I will happily recommend Hanna Imports to anyone in the market for a used car!! More
