The process was very odd ... they took my keys to my trade in before I even saw the newer car. There was a lot of back and forth to learn my trade in, rate, etc. George was super nice to us, but it all trade in before I even saw the newer car. The truck i was going to buy was badly corroded on the underside , had a transmission problem , one key and no fobs. It was represented as having no problems .
