He went above and beyond in helping me feel comfortable with the car. He let me test drive it to my house (3 miles away) so that my wife could see it. He let me bring a mechanic friend to properly check out the vehicle, wnd they even let us use their car lift in the shop to raise the vehicle and look underneath. These guys aren’t hiding anything. Excellent experience I came in early on a Saturday for a test drive and was greeted at the front door by Steve Smith. Working with Steve was a great experience. He gave so I came in early on a Saturday for a test drive and was greeted at the front door by Steve Smith. Working with Steve was a great experience. He gave solid advice on what I should be looking for in a used car and was up front with me about some damage that had been reported when the car I was looking at was sold at auction. I was given the opportunity to test drive the car for the day. I was able to bring the car home to show my wife and install our car seats and give it a test drive with a stroller in the back just to see how much cargo room we would have. It was nice to be able to drive the car around town and really determine whether I liked it or not without any pressure. In the end I was on the fence on whether to buy or not. I discussed my issues with Steve and he addressed all of my concerns. Once I decided to buy the sales process was fairly relaxed compared to what I have experienced in the past. I was given plenty of time to read over all of the documentation. Overall a great experience and I would recommend both Hanna Imports and Steve to friends who are looking for a new car. More

Christmas miracle!!! From the horror of having my first accident and my car being a total loss, Steve was a smiling face waiting to help with the stress of looking for a n From the horror of having my first accident and my car being a total loss, Steve was a smiling face waiting to help with the stress of looking for a new car. He has been beyond amazing with searching and finding me the car I was searching for. Due to the cold weather and my daughter leaving the light on in the car my car wouldnt start, Steven went out of his way and drove to us to make sure we were ok and that the car was working before heading home. Talk about going above and beyond.. Most definitely will be returning to buy future cars at this dealership. And not to for they cut my car payments by half and saved me tons of unnecessary headaches. Please before you buy a car stop by to see Hanna imports first.. they are even open on Sundays. Because of its excellent reputation, Hanna Imports was my first choice of dealerships when I was actively looking for a very specific car. Steve Smith helped me the day I went in and from the start he was completely focused on what I wanted. Because my criteria was so narrow it was easy for him to determine that there was nothing on the lot that would work. He mentioned that he would pass on my criteria to his manager who could look for a match with cars coming into the dealership. Steve and I walked outside onto the lot and he took time with me, even when he knew I was not a prospect for a sale, to explain how to work with sales associates at other dealerships going forward. He also showed me the engine of a car and told me what to look for in a used car. As it turned out, I used every one of these tips and bought a car within a week at a different dealership. I ciontacted him to let him know how it had gone. I call Steve extraordinary because he chose to go far beyond my expectations by advising me on ways to be a better consumer in the field of used cars. WHO does that in any field when they’re aware it won’t benefit them directly? Steve does. This speaks volumes about his employer, Hanna Imports, in that they hired Steve as a staff member. Well done and a smart decision. When the time comes to buy another car, Hanna Imports -and Steve - will be my first go-to.
