Exceptional Customer Service Last week, I experienced possibly the best customer service of all time. After visiting multiple auto websites with no results. I came across Hanna Im Last week, I experienced possibly the best customer service of all time. After visiting multiple auto websites with no results. I came across Hanna Import. I was impressed upfront because out of most of the sites visited, Hanna Import had a 12 months/12,000 miles warranty. Also, I saw a SUV that I really liked. I went to the store and met with Steve Smith (an angel in disguised). He was patient, attentive and taught me what to look for when buying a used vehicle. Unfortunately, the SUV I saw online was sold. Steve apologize and spoke with his sales teammate, Luke Norman (another angel in disguised) who deeply apologized again and told me not to worry that he had the right SUV for me and will make sure its within my budget. He did exceedingly above what I expected. I am forever grateful for the both of them. What two remarkable people and company. Teddy was the one who I worked with and the finance manager also helped me out tremendously. They were the best staff I have ever seen at any place of business, they give the dealership a good reputation. The staff stayed late past close untill the transaction was completed. No complaints. However, when he tried to find a seat so that we could talk, another salesman told us we could not sit at his desk because he had customers, who by the way never showed up. He was humble and we found another desk of another salesman who was gracious in allowing us to sit at his desk and he DID have customers. From that point everything went smoothly from the test drive to the financing and out the door. The salesman, Bobby, even took the time to bring my other car to me in Rocky Mount. I am grateful that he and the other salesman who helped him did that as I was about to have my other car towed to my house! All in all, a great experience at this dealership. Most seemed friendly, including the finance guy. The only issue was the other salesman who did not want us sitting at his desk. Petty, I know but I as a professional believe in team work. I just LOVE my car! More
