Stress free For a independent dealership it is big, a lot of selection (new and used) and have alot of Banks to help you get financed. I worked with Philippe who was knowledgeable and courteous. Never was pushy , was open to negotiation and answered all my questions. He listened to what I was looking for and helped me obtain it.... quickly. I feel thier vehicles are all priced good for a good deal. The underwriter was also a pleasure to deal with and they offer a very good warranty package. The sale was not without a few bumps but Philippe followed up with them next day and all was taken care of( once home I noticed I was not happy with detail job on car. There was some debris in tracks not allowing seat to roll forward. I believe this was due to me having it spur of the moment and they rushed detail job to limit my wait time . This was addressed following day and car looks great. Also when got home I noticed one headlight was in-op, this issue was also addressed following day, both were no charged and dealership apologized about issue.) All in all I had great experience, love the car and would recommend buying your next vehicle here. More

I returned a few days later equipped with plenty of information and thanks to Steve whose care and expertise helped me during the buying process. Excellent overall experience. More

Got the car I wanted quickly and without hassle Steve was great to work with. Really low key, no pressure. I researched a few cars online before arriving so I knew the car I wanted to drive. We had a great test drive and I was very happy with the car. The part of the process where Joe went above and beyond was with working with my wife. She also needed an automobile. I also researched a few automobiles for her before arriving but when we returned from the demo, Joe made a suggestion of an automobile that I had not considered. He was spot on. My wife loved the car inside and out. We really appreciated Joe taking the time to get to know us, our family situation, and feeling confident to not just grab keys and test drive but to become a consultant on a major buying experience. Ken in finance continued with the outstanding professional support and the experience was great. More

Made simple... but pushy finance guy! It has been about 6 years since my last car purchase. I came prepared w/ my pre-approved documents, proof of residence, and check stubs. Because I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay made the car buying experience easy. The first sales rep was very relatable, nice, friendly and easy going!.. he was patient with me during the test drive, and explained the specs of the car. Completing the application was easy. It wasn’t until I was ready to sign my paper work that I had to go into a small office where I had to have an excruciating awkward experience. This is where I was offered an extended warranty. Not just offered but pretty much intimidated! I hated it! I told this guy I didn’t want it and I just wanted to sign for the car and be on my way, but he had to continue badgering me. I literally had to tell him he can’t make me buy the warranty. This Made me feel completely uncomfortable, and awful for not buying this extended warranty. I hated the feeling of being pressured into buying something on the spot that I was not prepared to buy nor did I know anything about. Once he finally got the idea after about 30-40 min he seemed mad/irritated and things turned awkward. I just wanted to run out of there after talking with him. The finance guy was extremely knowledgeable and a good salesman he was too pushy! Suggestions: prepare customers prior to. Maybe give them reading material while they are awaiting the application process so they can research the info. This way the finance guys time isn’t waisted and neither is the customers by having to listen to his spill. And to avoid negative feedback/reviews More
