Great experience overall - would recommend I found Hanna Imports while searching for a few models I was interested in on CarGurus. Since they had several that I liked, all with reasonable price I found Hanna Imports while searching for a few models I was interested in on CarGurus. Since they had several that I liked, all with reasonable prices, I drove from Durham to check them out. David helped me out, tracking down the cars and pulling information for me. He really went out of his way to help me satisfy my curiosity and gave me plenty of space and time to just explore the cars. When I had found the one I wanted, he was really patient and helpful throughout the process of finding the terms that worked for me. Not pushy, just helpful. It took a little time after that for the paperwork to be ready, but the signing process was like a pleasant conversation with a random stranger while I happened to be signing some papers. Overall the whole process was better than I expect from car dealerships, and I wouldn’t hesitate to send you to Hanna. More

It would have been nice to know that the first payment option included all the extras we didn't want so that are time negotiating could have gone by faster. We wanted gap insurance that was all. Not GPS, and additional warranty and service. To me that wasn't explained well. But I will come back here for my next car and will highly recommend buying from here. More
Great customer service David, my salesperson, was very accommodating and gave over-the-top customer service. He even offered to go get me something to eat while I waited for a loan officer (I'm 7 months pregnant). Pretty much every request I had was met. The wait to see the loan officer to sign everything and make it official was rather lengthy, but I suppose that's the case at most places. They also have a really decent inventory to choose from. Good price, lots of surprise slow downs We found the car we wanted and the price was good. However, they didn’t have the car ready for the test drive when we arrived (scheduled in advance). We were given someone new to work with who didn’t know much about EVs at all. The salesperson couldn’t answer a question I had about the carfax (had to use google). Put down a deposit said ok we can come back Monday. They kept asking if we could come sooner. So we came Sunday. They called in the Friday salesperson but didn’t tell us that and left us waiting for a long time before telling us. All the previous paperwork could not be found so we started all over again. Salesperson could not answer trade in question. Maybe he was new, he was nice enough. Then we talked to finance person and paid and off we go we are done. Oh but wait no one detailed the car and the detail shop is closed Sunday. So... why did you ask us to come Sunday when we had asked for Monday? Sigh. Monday we drove it back and they detailed it and all is good. Good price. Service / sales/ organization/ communication needs improvement. More

Great experience! I had a great experience at Hanna. My salesperson was friendly and patient with me driving both cars that I was interested in and they worked hard to I had a great experience at Hanna. The only negative is that the car wasn’t as clean as you typically see from a dealership. More
Good dealership and great customer service. Everyone was very friendly. I really liked having Nour, he was excellent and sweet. Jordan went out of his way to offer h and great customer service. Jordan went out of his way to offer his assistance with trying to set up the Bluetooth and Hands Free Calling as I was leaving the dealership, but was unable to succeed. It was not his fault however, more or less the car's, so I was a little upset with that. I was looking forward to those features so I guess I will have to take it to Dodge or come back. Overall the dealership was VERY clean inside, had a large inventory, and kept their online listings updated regularly. More
