Service representative is very friendly and thorough. Sometimes the service to the car is sloppy, this time the mechanic forgot to reset the electronic system in the car. After the service it continued to state I was due for a service. Another device I had, the fluids were not filled even though that was part of the service, these instances makes me feel like I’m not getting what I am paying for mechanically. The experience with front of house was fantastic and I always appreciate the free pick up service to get to work. More
cherry is a go to person from intial call to following up from inevntory to otd pricing. she helps us find a right vehicle at right price. actually due to her excellent customer service we drove 60 miles a from inevntory to otd pricing. she helps us find a right vehicle at right price. actually due to her excellent customer service we drove 60 miles away to purchase this vehicle. Evebthough we had 2 subaru dealerships within 10 miles both had horrible customer service. we are greatful for cherry and would higely recommend napa subaru to anyone who is looking for new or used vehicle in todays market. thank you Cherry Cubangbang More

I would not recommend this dealership for service. I feel they do not stand behind their service and the customer service was non-existent. I felt the service manger, Kevin, did not do a great job co I feel they do not stand behind their service and the customer service was non-existent. I felt the service manger, Kevin, did not do a great job communicating with the customer on the status of the car and unwilling to stand behind their service that did not repair the car on the first visit. The car was brought in for service a week before and had some work done, but the problem did not get fixed. The car was brought in the next week for another appointment for the same problem and this time it did get fixed. The dealership did not stand behind their service and I was basically charged for two services that should have been done at the first service appointment. They should have discounted more the $100 for a job that should have been taken care of the first time it was dropped off for service. I have been a customer at this dealership for the past 7 years and have never had a problem before. They were always willing to work with the customer and stand behind their service. After this last service experience I will not be returning to this dealership for service.. More
